Free Shipping via FedEx Ground and YRC Motor Freight. Free shipping is applicable only if you keep an item. All returns are refunded less actual shipping charges. Customer is also responsible to ship item back to us with original packing. We inspect every return please make sure you pack it well. Shipping time frames are estimates at best. Outside factors such as the shipping carrier, weather, and holidays can affect the time frame. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. We will contact you promptly if we choose to.
Items not in stock you will be emailed a ship time.
We order items from many factories. Time frames vary from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the item. Time frames are completely out of our control if any item has to be ordered.
We have no control over lead times.
We use FedEx, UPS, Roadway Express, Yellow and various other qualified shippers.
Please keep in mind that we are not the shipper, we have no control over time frames and damage but WE WILL HELP to resolve any issues.
Tracking numbers will be provided when items ship.

Roadway and large oversized items that ship Motor Freight must be inspected and signed for. Motor Freight is curbside delivery. You will have to help in unloading the items.
