The Grove Furniture is located on the Black Horse Pike (U.S. Routes 40 / 322), in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. We are across from Story Book Land and right next to Clauson Carpet and Atlantic Masonry. We are just 10 miles West of Atlantic City.
From Philadelphia / Camden Areas: Take Atlantic City Expressway East to Exit 9 (Atlantic City International Airport Exit). Beyond toll booth for Exit 9 turn left at traffic light. Proceed to second street on your right (Ridge Avenue). Turn right onto Ridge Avenue. Continue to stop sign then turn right (US 322 West). The Grove is on your right.
From New York & Northern New Jersey: Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 37. Turn right at end of exit ramp (Washington Avenue). Continue West to first traffic light. Turn left onto Uibel Avenue. Stay right, continue to yield sign on your right (US 322 West). Yield right onto US 322 West. Follow 322 West. The
Grove is approximately 1 mile on the right.
From Cape May, Wildwood & Ocean City: Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 36. At end of Exit ramp turn left onto Fire Road. Proceed to second traffic light. Turn Left onto Tilton Road. Proceed to next traffic light. Turn left onto 322 West. The Grove is approximately 2 miles on right.
From Atlantic City: Take the Black Horse Pike (US 322 West) approximately 10 miles –OR– use Atlantic City Expressway West to Exit 9 (Atlantic City International Airport). At end of exit ramp turn left. Proceed to first street on your left, Ridge Avenue. Turn left onto Ridge Avenue. Continue to stop sign then turn right onto 322 West. The Grove is on the right.
From Delaware Memorial Bridge: Take Route 40 East. 55 miles to The Grove Furniture.

Cash and travelers checks are accepted in person at our store.
Free Shipping on Every Item!
Free shipping is applicable only if you keep an item. All returns are refunded less actual shipping charges. Customer is also responsible to ship item back to us with original packing. We inspect every return please make sure you pack it well. Shipping time frames are estimates at best. Outside factors such as the shipping carrier, weather, and holidays can affect the time frame. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. We will contact you promptly if we choose to.
Items not in stock you will be emailed a ship time.
We order items from many factories. Time frames vary from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the item. Time frames are completely out of our control if any item has to be ordered.
We have no control over lead times.
We use FedEx, UPS, Roadway Express, Bekins White Glove service and various other qualified shippers.
Please keep in mind that we are not the shipper, we have no control over time frames and damage but WE WILL HELP to resolve any issues.
Tracking numbers will be provided when items ship.
FedEx items do not need to be inspected.
Roadway and large over sized items that ship Motor Freight must be inspected and signed for.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. We base these decisions on the item, past history damage and your shipping distance from the factory.
Receiving your order
Items shipped via FedEx or UPS will be left at your doorstep if no one is home. Simple.
Roadway, Yellow Freight and Motor Freight companies require customer inspection and signature. Your must be home and receive the order. Please inspect the piece not just the box. Please note any damage on the receipt.
Returns
We realize that items need to be returned. Please keep in mind that this should be a last case scenario.
We will accept a return within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be in original condition.
Custom made, Finished, Modified or Red Tag items are not returnable.
10% restocking fee for ALL items returned.
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed, please let us know as soon as you can if you decide to cancel your order.
Items that are custom made or items that are custom finished may not be cancelled. You will be responsible for all costs and all shipping costs.
We prefer that you email us your cancellation request and we will confirm the request.
Shipping is a big cost associated with ordering online. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
Damage Disclamimer
What a bummer. You get your delivery then wham the piece is cracked, it has no hardware. Where are the directions? We are extremely limited in what we control, especially once the items ships.
Please be aware that the items left us in proper condition. Damage is almost always because of the shipper.
We have almost no control over damage.
However we can control that we can get parts and file claims.
We want you to get your item in proper condition. Please understand that it always has, does and will happen occasionally.
The customer acknowledges that freight can get damaged and that they agree to help by doing replacement work.
Shipping items increases the odds of damage. Small dents, dings, nicks and chips are all acceptable. Such issues are not considered damage and no refund, return or compensation will be accepted or given. Please contact us and we may be able to advise a solution. There is no guarantee. The only way to avoid such issue is to see the item or finish personally at our store in New Jersey.

Some factories are commercial grade quality. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars please consider us for your furniture needs.
Manufacturers
We source our products from many different manufacturers and distributors. Each with its own set of rules, procedures and shipping time frames. Please understand that we have very limited control over them. We are on many shipping scehedules and orders are simply added to them.
Wood Types
Our products contain only real wood. No particle board or MDF's. Real Wood Furniture means solid plank boards and A+ Grade Wood Core and Veneers.
We offer many items in woods such as Knotty Pine, Clear Pine, Red Alder, Eastern White Maple, Cherry, Red Oak, White Oak, Beech, Birch and Rubbberwood. Our outdoor lines offer Cedar, Eucalyptus and Yellow Balau.
Instructions and Assembly
If you need instructions and have ordered from us just email your order number and we can have the factory send one to you.
If you have a manufacturers item not purchased from us please email us the exact model number, your address and phone number and we have the factory send one to you.
Finishing Disclaimer
Today’s computer monitors are different and may show items in colors that are not actually as they are in person. We cannot guarantee and are not responsible for the wood colors and finishes that you see as opposed to what you receive. Other than getting white when black was ordered or a similar issue, blues can be darker or lighter, greens can be more yellow and such. We have no control over this. If you have not seen the item or color in person we suggest you buy it unfinished and finish it yourself.
Finished items are non-refundable, non-returnable and no compensation will be given in the event of damage or issue.
Since all our products are real, natural wood, we cannot guarantee wood variances like color or knots.
As a brick and mortar store we offer shipping as a convenience to our customers who cannot visit our store.
A certain degree of lack of knowledge and risk is involved buying any item sight unseen. Your expectations may not be what the products actually are. This is beyond our control and we are not accountable for your perceived view versus what is provided. We support our manufacturers and their quality. Our manufacturers make the items they do we have no control over any part of the manufacturing process. Since our items are often large, custom made and finished, this risk is only avoided by shopping our store in person. We suggest you visit our store or some store to see the product before you purchase.
