We are located 12 Miles West of Atlantic City in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. We are across from Story Book Land and right next to Clauson Carpet and Atlantic Masonry.





Payment Options

We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Cash and travelers checks are accepted in person out of the store.





Shipping

Most items are Free Shipping via FedEx Ground, they will say so clearly. Only items that say free shipping will be free shipping. Large oversized items are Motor Freight Shipping, they do not ship free. SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR APPROVAL BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. Free shipping is applicable only if you keep an item. All returns are refunded less actual shipping charges. Customer is also responsible to ship item back to us with original packing. We inspect every return please make sure you pack it well. Shipping time frames are estimates at best. Outside factors such as the shipping carrier, weather, and holidays can affect the time frame. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. We will contact you promptly if we choose to.

Items not in stock you will be emailed a ship time.

We order items from many factories. Time frames vary from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the item. Time frames are completely out of our control if any item has to be ordered.

We have no control over lead times.

We use FedEx, UPS, Roadway Express, Bekins White Glove service and various other qualified shippers.

Please keep in mind that we are not the shipper, we have no control over time frames and damage but WE WILL HELP to resolve any issues.

Tracking numbers will be provided when items ship.

FedEx items do not need to be inspected.

Roadway and large oversized items that ship Motor Freight must be inspected and signed for.

We do not ship to HI or AK.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. We base these decisions on the item, past history damage and your shipping distance from the factory.





Receiving your order

Items shipped via FedEx or UPS will be left at your doorstep if no one is home. Simple.

Roadway, Yellow Freight and Motor Freight companies require customer inspection and signature. Your must be home and receive the order. Please inspect the piece not just the box.





Returns

We realize that items need to be returned. Please keep in mind that this should be a last case scenario. We will accept a return within 10 days of purchase.

Free shipping is applicable only if you keep an item. All returns are refunded less actual shipping charges. Customer is also responsible to ship item back to us with original packing. We inspect every return please make sure you pack it well.

Items must be in original condition.

Custom made, Finished, Modified or Red Tag items are not returnable.

Delivery fess are not refundable.

10% restocking fee for ALL items returned.





Damage

What a bummer. You get your delivery then wham the piece is cracked, it has no hardware. Where are the directions? We are extremely limited in what we control, especially once the items ships.

Please be aware that the items left us in proper condition. Damage is almost always because of the shipper.

We have almost no control over damage.

However we can control that we can get parts and file claims.

We want you to get your item in proper condition. Please understand that it always has, does and will happen occasionally.

The customer acknowledges that freight can get damaged and that they agree to help by doing replacement work.





Local Delivery

Please clear the area where furniture is to go.

Drivers can not relocate your furniture; they are not allowed to move any of your items.

Set up not included.

Snow, Ice must be clear.

If you are not home at the time frame of the scheduled delivery then we will charge for the second delivery.

Please let us know if you want the items up any stairs.





Pick Up

Customers choosing to pick up items are recommended to bring blankets, padding and straps to transport goods.





Wholesale and Discounts

Large Quantity orders welcome. Discounts offered based on volume.

Interior Designers, Events planners, Developers, Real Estate Agents, Artists or Custom Painters. Please contact us about wholesale information.

Some factories are commercial grade quality. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars please consider us for your furniture needs.





Manufacturers

We source our products from many different manufacturers and distributors. Each with its own set of rules, procedures and shipping time frames. Please understand that we have very limited control over them. We are on many shipping scehedules and orders are simply added to them.





Wood Types

Our products contain only real wood. No particle board or MDF's. Real Wood Furniture means solid plank boards and A+ Grade Wood Core and Veneers.

We offer many items in woods such as Knotty Pine, Clear Pine, Red Alder, Eastern White Maple, Cherry, Red Oak, White Oak, Beech, Birch and Rubbberwood. Our outdoor lines offer Cedar, Eucalyptus and Yellow Balau.





Instructions and Assembly

If you need instructions and have ordered from us just email your order number and we can have the factory send one to you.

If you have a manufacturers item not purchased from us please email us the exact model number, your address and phone number and we have the factory send one to you.
